My debit card was charged by DRI*AVAST last sunday. I was inform of the transaction by my bank. No invoice was send by avast. I do not know the reason for the charge. According to the avast website, i am not currently subscribed to any of its services (though i previously was), nor do i have any active auto renewal. I tried contacting avast customer service for a refund but have not received a reply (request 14200972) after 72 hours. Can anyone advise me on how to proceed?

This charge was for Avast AntiTrack. You had a typo in the email address you provided. Avast support will get back to you via email.
