I had a test subscription until mid april which I cancelled on 4th of april. The only answer I got was “Thank you for your purchase” after the test period had ended. Tried to complain, but it turns out there is no possibility whatsoever. Could anybody help? Is this a scam? Do I have to use a lawyer now?

How did you cancel?
If you did not get a notification or auto email to say you had turned it off then im guessing you didnt.
At the end of the trial period if you had not cancelled then the payment will have automatically been taken for the next year which is normal as you agreed to the terms and conditions when you signed up to the trial. renewal is always set to ON.
What you should of done is go into your account and unsubscibe from auto renewal.
Sadly we are seeing too many complaints on here about scam/theft/calling police lol but sadly all these users had to do was un subscribe from auto renew.
can you check your account to say if it is on or off
