Unautorized payement taken

I had Canceled Avanst Cleanup 7 days ago, and yet you still took payment today, your page showed it was canceled 7 days ago when i canceled prior to me having to make this account to even post this here. this product was uninstalled due to it lags and slows my computer on start up and stuff it was cleaning up was neccassary for my computer to run, also your refund phone number goes to direct piano music and doesnt state it is or is not avast refund service or not. This aint a good way to start with this new customer, i already have issues with your antivirus pro that i paid for needing to be reinstalled 4 times in 3 months since i purchased it.

lol, i shouldnt have to jump through so many hoops to recoup money that shouldnt have been taken in the first place. also that page sends me into a barrage of click here click there and and that link sends me right back to the phone number that doesnt even say if its a customer service or not it rings 2 times and a piano music picks up and never states if its avast refund or what it is, thanks but ill be contacting my bank when i wake up. never again will i let a place access my financials, ya dont sell at the local comp store no more business. this was completely unauthorized transaction as i said, i clicked the original email that took me to a page to unsub from said charge. so unless mr bot ya have an actual solution this doesnt help.

Here it is 6 days later and still cant get a live person on the phone, nothing but piano music.
