Believe it or not, it may not have been you. Sygate has been known to change a setting or two without reason.
That is why you must also question “why” something is happening before taking action.
If you can associate it with a program or process by “unloading or shutting down”, then at least you know which is the cause. It is usually a simple matter from that point to fix things. Most of the time it is a setting change.
