Undetected by Avast, et al, this keeps uploading all my data & listening?

Can someone please tell me what this thing is? I took a screenshot of the page source and here is the link to the jpg in my google pix.

I have reinstalled Windows 11 and scanned my entire system with many things. Yet it persists. For about a year it has been uploading my data and listening to me for like a year now. It does not always slow me down, but it devours my data on my internet so that my entire plan is used up in 1 day each month and I am left to work on throttles internet all the time. I rescue animals and am struggling and about to lose my home/animal sanctuary and desperately need help because I can’t get any assistance financially to save the sanctuary on THROTTLED internet.

Unfortunately your images are unreadable (everything is minute), I don’t personally use Google photos, so I don’t know if that is the issue.

Also many won’t visit unknown content at 3rd party sites.

Do you actually have Avast Antivirus ?
As if the site were known to be malicious I would have expected Avast to Alert with the Web Shield.

Using part of your post as a search term, it returns some information - hopefully that will ring a few bells - https://www.google.com/search?q=something+has+been+uploading+my+data+and+listening+to+me+for+like+a+year+now

Hello DavidR! How then, should I show you guys the screenshot of the page source view? I don’t want to inadvertently pass on the code or something incase it works that way… I’m not very hack/virus savvy in case that was not totally obvious. lol. But the page source view is massive! It also has cool patterns in it which seems all tricky and stuff.

I will follow your link to check if it turns up anything as well.

Thank you so much for your response too though.

ps In order to view the image you have to just zoom in like mad.

pps I rethought the title for my question and changed it.

oops… yes I have Avast Antivirus but only the free version.

oh yeah, I also followed your link but could so far find nothing. But still looking.

Its hard to zoom that far when the start point is so small, see attached.

The Free version in the same circumstances should provide the same protection as the paid versions. For example, the File System Shield and Behaviour Shield if there was something malicious active on the system and the Web Shield for connections to the Internet.

You say it is uploading content, do you know where it is uploading to, it must be connecting to something ?
If you know that don’t make the link active only the domain name without the http/https, etc.
