Unexpected charges from Avast on my credit card – request for clarification and refund

Dear Avast Team,

I recently noticed two charges on my credit card that appear to be from Avast, but I do not recall purchasing or renewing any Avast products around these dates.

The details are as follows:

  • Charge 1:

    • Date: 10 February 2025

    • Amount: USD 80.49

    • Billing description: *Avast ADP1578065170

  • Charge 2:

    • Date: 6 January 2026

    • Amount: USD 113.03

    • Billing description: *AVAST AVAP1663762744 Prague 4 CZ

To my knowledge, I do not have any active Avast subscription using this card, and I cannot find any order confirmation email or Avast Account that matches these transactions. could you please:

  1. Check which Avast orders or subscriptions are linked to the above transactions and my card,
  2. Confirm the exact products, order IDs and renewal dates,
  3. Cancel any related subscriptions and disable all future automatic renewals, and
  4. Refund the above charges if they were made in error or without my explicit authorization?
