Unexplained Threat Alerts

I keep receiving alerts while browsing online that a “HTML:RedirME-inf[Trj]” infection is being blocked.
I have since run a full system scan and a boot time scan of all my partitions, a full system scan with Malwarebytes, deleted my cache and cookies and reinstalled Avast… To completely no avail.

Can anyone help me with this?

Can you post just a picture of the Avast alert?

Also, please remove ALL the cracked / pirated software from the system. We will need to get fresh logs after that and then see what can be done.
