Uninstall and reinstall

Hello to all. I was just wondering, if I uninstall from “Programs and Features” my free Avast version from my PC running W8.1 64 bit and then want to reinstall the same day even, should I use a complete different username and password on the same pc, or would it be better to use the same info I registered with originally. (the same as what I have now)

Will I have any problems? Is there some kind of rules permitting this? Thank you.

Personally I would go with the same user name and password, unless there is a specific reason for not using one or both of them, e.g. changed email address, etc.

Since the logon validation on the avast forums is linked to your my.avast.com account, you could end up with two different accounts.
