I never ordered this anti-virus software and didn’t (to my knowledge) download it. I have done everything I can think of to uninstall it according to your instructions. The software is no longer installed on my laptop but I can’t get rid of the “Avast free antivirus” listing on my start menu. I don’t want anything on my PC that I did not choose to have there. Please let me know how to permanently remove every trace of the software. Thank you, Jonathan Tieman
Hi there. First off, would you mind telling me how did you get it by mistake, and what is the last time that you remember installing a thing that could potencialy have avast in it?
