Uninstall

Hi

Using Add/remove programs did not completely uninstall Avast! so I downloaded the aswClear.exe and have it on my desk top.

My problem is I don’t know what to put in the box “path the product is installed” in order to use the unintsall utility. ::slight_smile: Can someone please give me the installation path for Avast 4 Home Edition?

If it does not exist, find the one you have installed avast.
If you already uninstall it, you could create an empty folder and point the uninstaller to it.
But, are you sure Add/remove programs did not completely uninstall Avast!? Why?
