Sorry for the name of subject… but I am in a quandry here this morning… My registration was due yesterday and I was not on computer so I missed it and am without any Avast… I went to the site to do this and tried but because I had not changed my e-mail address with them I could not do this so I downloaded another one to my desktop and went to Add/Remove programs to uninstall the one I already had on my computer and I did do this… and I restarted my computer and then tried to install my new one and it will not let me… could someone please help me out… I am without any protection… thank you

what error did the installer shoot you with?..
edit : you better log out from forums, from the unprotected pc and get to forums using other pc.
nmb… I really know I am doing a bad thing browsing without protection … and thank you for that… but am quite desperate… please someone help and do not have another computer to get on… thanks

Just reregister to get a new license key. 
I think sadielaste7 is saying that there is some kind of problem with his/her e-mail…

With the new registeration he/she can put in his/her new email.
Yes that is exactly what I done the first thing… that is what started all this… and I would have to put in my e-mail address that I started with when I first downloaded Avast… I had no problem what so ever last year because my e-mail address was the same… they sent my a notice right in my e-mail letting me know that it was time to get re registed… but this year they could not do thsi because they did not have my new e-mailing address… thank you
So you have changed your email address?
If so, this doesn’t matter, if you go to the first link, and click on ‘My registration key has expired, I need a new one’
You will be prompted to put in your email address etc.
You will then receive a the license key in whichever email address you use.
