Uninstalled Avast and now PC is stuck in auto repair loop.

Hello everyone. As the title says, i uninstalled Avast today because it was messing with my CPU. After that im stuck in an endless auto repair loop. I’ve tried various console commands with no luck. As i’ve seen, many people have this problem. Anyone got a fix that doesn’t include a format?

Can’t enter safe mode. Only BIOS and another windows’ screen with various options like “Troubleshooting”, “Advanced Options”, “Console” etc are accesible.

I’ve found a post from essexboy in this thread https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=163055.0 which seems helpful but i cant seem to find the ISO file on the net.
