Uninstalled Avast Premier Security And Missed to Submit Reason

Hello,

I uninstalled Avast Premier Security and I missed to submit the note explaining the reason for doing so. I missed the opportunity to submit my explanation because I saw the options to power off the computer, and fearing the PC would restart, I clicked one of the buttons. Then, the Application’s User Interface closed, and I was unable to submit the explanation.

Here is the video of my uninstall, so that you can get a better idea of what I tried to describe above: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_TzQNRfhnnA

I submit the reason here because I believe it is critical that you know why I decided to uninstall this antivirus. I could have contacted chat support, but I distrust chat support through this computer. The conversation I’ve had are ridiculous and I suspect I am not really chatting with customer support.

WHY I UNINSTALLED AVAST PREMIER SECURITY: Avast caused issues on my PC, and I believe the hackers continue to have control over the computer, and very likely are using the Antivirus against me. I have been denied access to my own user folder; even when I access the path through PowerShell (run as administrator). I think there are two operating systems installed in this device, and although I am using the Owner account of Windows 10, the operating system that has control over mine, which may be Windows 7 server, I have no control over nor do I have the expertise to stop the hacking and disruption of computer use. I believe a Windows 7 is installed in this device because control panel shows a link to Backup and Restore Windows 7.

Here you can view my interaction with the Backup & Recovery (Windows 7) from Control Panel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBxmUzSIfJw

I like the product, I am impressed at the granularity of control that we are given. I love the notifications of programs accessing protected folders, and I am able to get a decently secured machine, I will use this service.

I almost forgot, the folder of the program is still in what appears to be the File System’s Program Files folder.

Thanks

I guess the antivirus is still; installed, except that it is not registered in the system packages: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AkDC7XkiQ2I
