downloaded aswclear.exe to uninstall Avast Pro 4.8!
And i know i have to use it in safe mode!
But the question is!
do i have first to uninstall it using “Add or Remove Programs” then i use aswclear.exe?

You should use the normal add remove programs uninstall, it isn’t designed to replace that just if you can’t use add remove programs. The aswClear.exe will however make sure there are no remnants.
