Hello all, I don’t know if anyone else has similar issues but the active shields on here are useless. Constantly blocking and deleting legit programs. ignore any attempt to label them as false positives. Lets in malware browser. What is the point of paying for services I can’t use? . I’m not even waiting for end of contract, I’m dumping this useless software and using Microsoft security essentials. At least that is made by people who know how to program!.

have you turned on PUP detection ? PUP = not malware / Possible Unwanted Program
