Uninstalling Avast

Hello,

I have a 10.1-inch Netbook and I can’t uninstall Avast because the button I have to press is at the bottom of a window that doesn’t fit my screen, which has a resolution of only 1024x600. In this window, I get a message saying “Renew your protection for free” and then the button I need to press is below, but I don’t see it (I tried to upload the image but I can’t find the way).

Since I couldn’t uninstall Avast, today I disabled permanently all the shields, I enabled Windows Defender and, a while ago, I was surprised to find that all the shields were enabled again without my permission.

I’ve used and recommended Avast for a long long time and I was planning to use it indefinitely, but these issues, together with the fact that I get no response on Twitter, are really making me disappointed. I hope to be luckier this time.

Thank you: I’ve tried your solution and it looks like it’s worked.

In any case, if some engineer is reading this thread, the windows I referred to in my previous messsage should be resized: it’s ridiculous that you can’t uninstall Avast because the windows doesn’t fit your screen and you can’t click the button.
