I have an automatic renewal for an Avast subscription that renews every July. I have purchased no other products or subscriptions. Today I received an e-mail from my credit card company informing me of an $11.99 purchase that I did not order or unintentionally ordered. I tried to locate an order history page somwhere in Avast but could not find anything resembling an order history page.
I’ve checked my e-mails (including spam folder) and can find absolutely nothing on this purchase. Aside from my credit card notification I have absolutely nothing on this purchase. Does anyone know where I can find an order history page? I assume I’d start there if I would like this charge refunded… or worse, the unintended subscription cancelled.
Any help?
