Unistalled Avast, windows not start. Need help!!!

Hello!
So i have a Asus T-100 with win8.1 32bit. Avast already was installed on the machine. I updated to win 10, i worked fast and nice. I wanted to use/try the original defender instead of Avast. So i decided to uninstall your software. I cant find any uninstaller so i checked the net, downloaded the removal and removed. Suddenly after that action windows not starting, i only see the asus logo light up on the screen… in an infinite loop.
I need a quick solution, really fast. Thank you.

Thanks for the fast reply, but its useless. I already read the post. And i mentioned T-100 (a tablet without cdrom drives) so i have to reinstall windows, but is harder than i thought. Ill post if i solve my problem.
PS: What might cause this? What did the avast uninstaler do with my system? Why is this happenning?

Solved! Btw i had to reinstall windows from a usbdrive (because NONE of other troubleshooting options worked)which was the hardest part: after booted from usb stick (win 10) none of any option worked only reinstall (clean) after it started need a restart.
After that it didnt see the hdd so it went back to its looping (and sometime freeze leave on the webcam light with black screen. I tried it a 6-10 times, but nothing happened. I got angry and plugged out the charger ( the installer ORDERED me to stay plugged in). The miracle happened , after plugged out , it magically started too “feel the disk”, and i can continue my reinstallation. After ingored the loss of personal data reinstalled the Win8(!) drivers , it seem to work as it was. So if this post might helpful keep, any other situations it can deleted. Cheers…
