Unknown Error Help pls

Hi!
I have problem with avast home edition 4.6
When I install the program, and enter the licence key, it pop - ups small window of warning which says : “UNKNOWN ERROR: Storage cannot be created for the “Splash” task.”. I press ok, and another pops - up with the following message: “Configuration is not loaded properly. Error: dbsCreateobject” And again I press ok, and another pops - up with message: "Program cannot save parameters to the storage! (Error: dbsCreateObject), and then I again press ok, and nothing happenes.
Can Somebody help me solve this problem.
