Unknown user name listed on my profile?

on the top right side of the Avast screen it shows my email address, a line and then user name “1660 Karma”. Any thoughts

Thank you. Having some “Win32:” issues and just happened to notice that. Thanks. FYI, 2-3 back, this computer was down and I tried for at least 4 hrs to post in the forums with my Samsung S-5 Active and it would not let me. Just so you know. Galaxy S-5 Active.
