i think i will give explanation about my problem. i think my laptop have virus. When i plugged in my usb , it shows two files which is Kaspersky Internet Security 2017(.bat) and read me file (.txt). All my files suddenly moved into System volume information. so i really need your help to remove the virus from my computer and pendrive.

  • Download fixlist.txt attatched to this message to same folder where FRST is located
  • Open again FRST and click on button Fix
  • Wait until FRST finishes
  • fixlog.txt should be genereted and opened. Attach it your post and wait further instructions.

Im sorry but i dont understand on how to check my system status. But the two files (Kaspersky Internet security 2017 and read me file can be deleted) and they are no longer in the thumb drive. how to make sure the virus is completely deleted from my computer and thumb drive?

FRST logs showed only Group Policy entry for Chrome so I can say you are pretty much clean.

• The following will implement some post-cleanup procedures:

=> Please download DelFix by Xplode to your Desktop.
Run the tool and check the following boxes below;

Click Run button and wait a few seconds for the programme completes his work.
At this point all the tools we used here should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:[b]DelFix.txt[/b])

The tool will also record healthy state of registry and make a backup using ERUNT program in %windir%\ERUNT\DelFix
Tool deletes old system restore points and create a fresh system restore point after cleaning.

MCShield will not be removed by DelFix.
It is recomended to keep MCShield as it will protect you against infections from removable storage devices (USB stick / camera cards … etc)
