Unlock all app in my android phone

Avast has blocked all app in my mobile phone with a 4 digit pin.
I did not set this pin and there is no option to disable this pin.
Please help me to access all app in my android mobile phone.

All my apps on my infinix X551 phone has been blocked by avast asking me for a privacy pin I don’t know for over 48 hrs.
