Hi;
Could you please unlock all downloads from: http://www.cartedeloto.fr
Cartedeloto.exe
CartedelotoCplt.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Carte de Loto\Loto.exe
These 3 files from this website links http://www.cartedeloto.fr are false positive and safe
Users are affected with this false-positive bug

I don’t understand why all three links lead to the same file, but never mind :).

DomainRep is a feature of Avast. It blocks EXE files downloads if these conditions are all met:

  1. The file is not prevalent enough, ie. not enough Avast users tried to launch the file yet,
  2. The domain is not prevalent enough, ie. not enough Avast users tried to download (any) EXE files from the domain yet,
  3. The file is not signed or Avast does not trust the signature.
  4. The file was not added to our cleanset.

I added the file to our cleanset, so it will not be detected in the future ;).
