I’m using Small Office Administration. In the dashboard overview I have somo computers with the status Unmanaged. What does it mean? How do I fix this issue? The avast client software is already running in these computers.

The SOA server has never received communication from these computers.
Possible (most frequent) causes:
- Unmanaged computers are not running a managed version of avast.
- The computers actually try to connect to different server (name of IP address of the server has changed). Check the avast5.ini file.
