That’s the issue here; I have never bought Avast Premium service. I did use it before as a free service, which is long time ago, so it is kinda curious and confusing as to how exactly did this thing happened.
As for E-mail the only address I attach to my credit card purchases is my primary E-mail and I have not received nothing in any of it’s folders as a notification of transaction. Not once. I did, however, received couple of mails in the last few days that did not resolve the issue but rather in a general way redirecting the issue elsewhere.

As Eddy said, it depends on the country. I can force a refund in my bank which I have to do but I really wanted to hear from somebody from the company that is supposed to protect me and shield from such things from happening.
