What did the update to version 4.6.731 include because just a few days before the update 4.6.726 was released.

As usually, you can find the changes here.
Of course, the changes are given against the latest official release (691). Almost nothing has changed since 726 beta (there were some long-awaited improvements in “Auto-Start Programs” scanning, submitted by me, but that’s probably all).

Actually, no, it’s correct ;D
Unfortunatelly, most users won’t understand what it means (it’s a programming term), so it would probably be better to rephrase it somehow.
As you’ve phrased it, it can only mean race as in black/white. (To anybody who isn’t a programmer.) It just looks like a typo for rare condition.
I know… but in this case, it’s derived from racing. More info on Wikipedia.
