Opened Avast vpn, had a pop up saying update available.
Clicked on it went through process, then informed already up to date. 
Had a 403 error.
Then Access denied.
Closed browser, then reopened still got 403 error.
Reopened browser and was able to open avast Forum.
Finally was able to post.
Tis a dream using this forum.
