Update breaks Bluetooth?

Have been working perfectly fine for months and months. Weekend update suddenly kills my BT yesterday?

Have gone through the entire range of standard Windows-level activation/driver updating/device removal. Zero progress after ~18 hrs.

I need this for my headset and microphone in presentations with customers and team.

Anxiety level is ramping up rather quickly.

No place to create a support ticket either? Grrr…!!!
