We have recently moved our AEA console to a new machine with a new IP address.
I would like to update client installations to point to the new IP address, but am unsure how to do it.
Many posts say there should be an option in the ‘Troubleshooting’ section of the Endpoint Client GUI to set a new IP, but this section is not appearing on my clients.
I have seen reference to modifying specific values in the avast5.ini file, but I’ve been unable to find this file on our client machines (Windows 7).
Any help appreciated!
