Update every reboot

Hi, i installed avast 2 days ago and everything seems to work fine. I’ve got just a bit annoying problem: Every time the pc reboot, the program check the version of the virus database, decides somehow its old and open a pop up where asks me to update it.

Avast can update itself as my internet connection has no problem. And to make things even clearer i updated manually just before reset. (When i update virus database it doesn’t get a new file since the version i have its not actually obsolete) Any help? ??? Thx in advance

Is this a warning from the Windows Security Center ?
If so check the system date, especially the month and year, adjust as required.

You’re right. My system date was wrong. I had just installed xp and i thought date was already set coz time was ok. Thanks david
