My computer is probably infected : I can’t update Avast premium
A message “Unknown mistake” is visible above progressbar

Yes I have the message "Setup already running " … impossible to repair
I have also desinstalled avast and re-installed with avastclear.exe… with no result :-[

- Go to File → Save As
- Make sure that UTF-8 is selected as Encoding (left side of Save button)
- Save it as fixlist.txt on Desktop
- Open again FRST and click on button Fix
- Wait until FRST finishes
- fixlog.txt should be genereted and opened. Attach it your post and wait further instructions.

No sorry (see capture screen in attached file)…
Please run FRST again, check Addition.txt option and click on Scan. Attach new FRST.txt and Addition.txt logs.
It works today ! I do not know why but it works…
the problem was I could not log in to my account
today I am connected and the connection for update is possible…
