Update of database / Desinstallation

Avast Free Antivirus / Premium Security

Hi
Everyday the program tries tu update database (Viruses) but it doesn’t find them.
I try to desinstall avast (with avast cleanup utility too) but it doesn’t work.
What can I do?

I am unsing Avast free antivirus 19.4.2374 (Version 19.3.4241.0)
Windows 10 64 version 1803
No other security software installed, no one as avast used before
