Update problem

Hi All,

Avast did an update today and after rebooting sygate Pro kept asking me if I wanted to allow avast to access the web . So I ticked the box to remember and said yes,
It did this about ten times then stop.

I was playing a game online and noticed my ping was up and down and when I closed the game the sygate pop up was back and it didn’t matter how many times I allow It.
It wouldn’t go away, So I did a reboot and so far it seems ok.

I still have the problem and is getting annoying it’s ashServ.exe which is triggering sygate pro

The file asking for access should be avast.setup. It’s ok for the first time…
For any reason your Sygate settings are not being saved… maybe you can allow it, save Sygate settings (probably) closing it, booting…

ashServ is the scanning engine (the avast kernel)… Do you have more details of Sygate message?
