I’m facing with cannot download update with Avast 9 and from website. I think our country ISP block avast.com ip & ports. so i cannot download update definitions files. So please help to me where i can download update files or shall i know avast’s other ip???

I cannot surf or enter avast.com coz’ it will appear Problem Loading Page. I try to check avast website from another country of my friend, it’s ok.
Has this just started or been like this since install?
Have you tried avast repair
Controlpanel > ad/remove programs > avast > uninstall/change > repair option … wait a minute and reboot
Already Done Bro! Cannot. When i update manually in avast, it is tell host unreachable.

Yes, already done with repair. when i download update file in avast, it’s show host unreachable. i think in our country block avast website ip & port because one the business group in our country, they selling Kaspersky Antivirus package with 15 U$. Most of the people don’t like Kaspersky Antivirus Program. So i think who selling the business group of Kaspersky with money, they tell to our ISP & want to block to Avast’s IP & Ports. So we can’t surf & enter to avast.com & cannot download update definitions file in avast program & from website.
So, i want to know, where can i download another place of avast virus definitions update files???
Have you tried this:

VPS update for version 2014 (virus definitions, vpsupd.exe, approx 39.1 MB). - Save the file to your hard disk, locate where you saved it and double click it and that should carry out the virus definitions update.
If this is the one you have tried, what errors are you getting ?
Problem Loading Page with u gave me link bro! I means all ip of our country “Myanmar” cannot enter avast.com, http://www.avast.com/download-update.

As an avast user I don’t know if your country “Myanmar” is one of the embargoed countries or not. If it is then there is no way I can help you get round an embargo on what is the official avast support forum.
i have engine and virus definition version 130411-0
and program version 8.0.1501
i cant update automaticly from avast because weak connection…
i need manual download file for update it to version 9.0.15.01

Personally, I would hold off on the new update. I just did system restore because something happened to my internet connection after the update. I would wait until they fix their issues. Also, Internet Explorer crashed on my other laptop that got updated couple days ago. Now, I know why unfortunately. Maybe you will be lucky and nothing will happen to you.
