Update Reported As "Out Of Date"

Latest Avast and latest update (0661-1). However, Avast (and Windows Security Center) report that the database is out of date.

Anyone else seeing this problem?

No, check your system date, especially the day, month and year and correct as necessary.

Good catch - that was it. The date was set to Feb. 26, 2007. I had been checking dates for airline reservations the night before and that was one of the dates I had used the calendar to look at. I apparently clicked O.K. instead of “cancel” and thereby set that date.
