i get back from my weekend today and tried to update avast. but it keeps saying “server download342.avast.com (46.23.66.18:80) is not available” (translated from german ^^).
is it a real problem or has something happend to my computer?

Somewhat similar situation here (USA). I update definitions manually, nothing offered from Avast servers today.
No problems here, download407.avast dot com - 50.7.73.2 normally functioning,

We are on 130610-2 virus definitions version now, so that is 3 updates (-0,-1 & -2) so far today.
OK, finally an updatea around 5:40 pm local time, 9 hrs after first logging in. All is good now.
