I would like to know if the updates on users desktop are made with the mirror or directly by internet.
How could I check ?

Usally is updated by the Mirror if your clients are always connected to network with avast console installed.
However if you want to know this go under
C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast Business\Setup\setup.log
if you go in the end of file you can see all the updates, in particular you can find if avast try to get the updates by mirror or not.
