update without internet connection

I use avast at home where I don’t have an internet connection, how can I update prg and virus db?
I have an internet connection at office! what are the files I’ve to download and where are they?

Program update I’m not sure how. Maybe U need to download latest setup file.
But virus DB, U can download here manually:
