update wont install Droid x2

I got notification that there was an update and I said install.
It went well until it gets to antitheft. Then it says that it is not rooted and it wont allow GPS etc. These are all things that I had on the previous versions.
I tried reinstalling the whole thing, Uninstalling and reinstalling the whole thing and just the antitheft.
I installed with edify because it would not let me install the normal way. The edify installed it BUT no advanced features and it wont go to root.
