updated adnm some clients do not get license correct

Hi there,

Since a week we’ve upgraded an ADNM to the latest version. To update the clients we did an install of the latest netclient, all went well :slight_smile:

But ‘some’ clients do not get the correct license from the server. On a ‘good’ client, when I look at the license, it says “managed” and the expire date is correct. On a ‘non-good’ client, it says “managed” but the date is not correct, it’s working in Demo mode…

Some logging I see when I get the properties for this computer in the ADNM console:

Today at 08:03:27 AM, HPCZC4502B: Third server conn attempt (last good: 0.0.0.0:16111) failed. (error 00002741)

The same error is also there with the code 0000274D)

Is there a trick to make it work? (the install was done the same as for the others, via the ADNM… it went correct)

Ps, does it have something to do with the ‘ports issue’ ?

I admit we should probably make the GUI more explicit but be assured that the license IS in effect…
