I have been using avast for probably 15 years and over the years I think the program has gotten worse. Why do we have to open 20 folders to view logs stored in different places. There should be a simple easy to view place in the gui to view all logs. There should be a panel dedicated to virus scan reports like most virus shields. It is very annoying. Doesn’t any one else feel that they should not have to google it to remember where to view the logs? I know where they are at but it is not very intuitive to a new user who absolutely has to google it.
PS your verification method is ridiculous too. You cannot even read the letters and it appears to be cap sensitive so that the audio does not help much either.
