:-[ yesterday i updated my Avast free antivirus at last it asked for a reboot when i rebooted updated were installed but my screen stopped working at all, other functions work properly when i open the narrator i can hear it properly but the screen is black… what to do.??

Boot in safe mode
Remove avast
Install the latest version with the offline installer.

it shows nothing… computer turns on normally without anything on it seems like it damaged screen somehow…

Screen is not damaged, it is just a driver problem.
Did you even tried to boot in safe mod?
If so, how?

nothing appears on the display even when i restart it. i have experience so blindly i enter the password and computer runs normally. i perform actions using narrator… everything works fine. seems like somehow my screen has became unresponsive, do u have any idea how to get over it… else i am planning to dismantle my PC
