updated software blocked by Threat Labs

Hi all
Ive been using Wisecare 365 cleanup for years but the pro program i downloaded from a daily free software website didnt include updates.
On Friday they offered the latest 2024 pro download which included updates so as i had never had any issues with previous version i downloaded it and ran the program. It loaded downloaded fine and overwrote the previous version.
As soon as i clicked on run program from desktop shortcut this is where the issues began.
Instant avast popup suspicious file detected (picture 1).
Then that change to we need to take a closer look from Threat Labs (picture 2). this should only take a few hours and continued to block the program.
Yesterday i tried to run the program again and this time got (picture 3) cannot access file path from Cyber Capture.

Full system scan, boot time scan, targeted scan, malwarebytes scan all came back clean.
Now virus total did come back with 1 warning of a trojan (picture 5) but if this was the case wouldnt avast and malwarebytes have picked this up also.
As the threat lab scan says it will take a few hours how does this actually work, ie do they get back to you if they find something or do they just block it and thats it.

Any advice would be greatly appretiated as i now cant get back the older version that worked perfectly fine for years.

As ive not received any replies here im updating to confirm fixed false positive on third attempt by avast team.
Software now runs as should with no blocks by Avast.

reported and confirmed it was a false positive.
support said it should work after 24 hours but sadly same issues and also confirmed by supplier that licence only runs for 24 hours so reinstalling is not an option.
