Updated to win2k problem with Avast

I have updated to win2k and now some of Avast is not working. No Icon in toolbar. Can I do a repair

Try a repair, if that doesn’t work do an uninstall reboot, reinstall, then reboot. Please post back your results.

Thanks Justin1278…first off I couldn’t remove, so downloaded avast, then removed,
rebooted then reinstalled and ALL is working.

If you didn’t reinstall avast after your update to win2k then some of avast wouldn’t work for sure.

So your uninstall, boot, reinstall would have resolved that issue.
