Warning on EVEREST Home Update, a lot of functionality is lost from the 1.51.195 - 2.xx.xxx versions. I think they are trying to encourage us to use the paid for versions.

Thanks, David – I think some of us had already been aware that we’d lost (even earlier than 2.00, I think) things like a list of installed software in the Home edition.
Do my frazzled memory a favor, please? What the heck was the name of it before Lavalys took it over? Back in those days it included the ability to check online for updates, and to install-while-running (neat trick, although it did need a restart when that was done).
