Unlocker 1.7.4 - 29/10/2005

Fixed bug: fixed the explorer extension missing bug which appeared for many people on 1.7.3
Fixed bug: Removed the creation of C:\Unlocker-log-handles.txt

I have received few language files for Hellenic Greek, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Norwegian and Finnish.
They will all be included in the next release, the priority was to fix the explorer extension bug.
