No, problems. We (you) can open a new thread about Firefox’s polices of downloading files.
Well… Who am I suppose to be to give rules here? Do what you think you should. Freedom.
Just that… maybe… elsewhere ;D

Firefox 4 RC Available for Download

labnol.org wrote: If you are a fan of Firefox, you may want to get this one.
The first RC (Release Candidate) of Firefox web browser is now available for download at ftp.mozilla.org. If you have trouble accessing the above link, use this direct link to download the Firefox 4 RC1 installer for Windows. The Mac version of Firefox 4 RC1 is here while the Linux version is here.

that’s an RC of the RC, ie a first possible build for it, not the RC yet :
meaning that this could be the build retained for the RC when it’s realeased, and may be not ;D
If you now go to this link http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html, there’s of course no RC, so no official RC release yet.
Some people don’t want to finish all nonsense off-topics after every FF release notifications
Wait 24-48 hours and it will be in Mozilla web-site as official.

??? >>> you posted about FF4 RC build 1 and announced it as if it was the official RC release. You can’t acknowledge that? I mean seriously who’s spreading non-sense :
You were already confusing Chrome dev builds with beta builds months ago, so I’m not surprised. And on a side note, I’m wondering what a non-avast user, i.e. an Avira user is doing here on Avast forums all the time, you’re bored or what?
ps: who said that Mozilla wouldn’t release the RC officially in the next days? this has been announced for ages… >>> by MOZILLA. And that’s confirmed, by Mozilla, so what ???
I’ve already downloaded and installed from the direct link posted by Omid
what ever version it might be and it’s great.
Logos, please start a new topic for discussions and leave this thread for updates as it was intended,
Thanks.

Thanks for the cleanup.
If you’re a fan of CCleaner, the best clean-up tool you can find anywhere,
you’ll be a fan of free CCEnhancer v2.2 as well.
As the name says, it enhances CCleaner’s already considerable capabilities.
I’ve been using it for several month.

Apple Safari for Windows 5.0.4

Look likes all major browsers are releasing their updates, one could assume that this may have to do with the upcoming Pwn2Own contest at the CanSecWest security conference where hackers can win cash prizes by hacking into a PC – for example via the webbrowser.
