Sandboxie 3.55.01 Beta released

Version 3.55.01 introduces[b] kernel-mode protection for 64-bit Windows[/b]. With the new [b]Experimental Protection mode[/b] enabled, 64-bit Sandboxie is[b] effectively as secure as 32-bit Sandboxie [/b]with only a couple of small differences.
Experimental Protection enables protection from kernel mode for IPC objects and named named pipes, just like in 32-bit Sandboxie.
To enable Experimental Protection, open the Configure menu in Sandboxie and select the new option, then restart your computer.
Note that Experimental Protection uses an undocumented Windows feature, and as such may be rendered obsolete by some future update to the Windows Kernel Patch Protection mechanism. Such a possible update might cause system instability and BSODs, so enable this new feature at your own risk.

AMD has released the official Catalyst 11.3 graphics driver for the HD 2000 series and above. The changes in this WHQL certified driver include support for APP OpenCL enabled by default, as well as a range of bug fixes.

How to upgrade from a previous version to Online Armor 5.0?
Just run the setup and choose to upgrade your installation. In addition we will start distributing Online Armor 5.0 via online update within the next week.
Known problems:
- The setup may offer you a trial version although it is no longer available on your system.
- Running Chrome inside a Sandboxie sandbox won’t work unless you exclude Chrome from Online Armor.
- Certain themeing and desktop applications like RocketDock and WindowBlinds can cause GUI locks and crashes. We recommend to exclude the OAUI.EXE process in those applications.
