Sorry for briefly continuing this OT branch, even if drhayden was just pulling bob’s leg …

Unfortunately nearly all spell-checkers won’t catch misspellings if the “new” word is also a correctly spelled word, even if not the one intended and is totally wrong in context, as in the heart vs. hart case. In a worst-case scenario, “This is now acceptable” will be found just as “correct” as “This is not acceptable” even though totally opposite in meaning.
