This update provides enhancements and fixes to version 28. The number of changes have been done to support machines that have 64 bit processors. The other major enhancement is in the removable of unwanted toolbars that won't uninstall correctly. This type of enhancement will continue in future updates.

I’ll wait 'til IE11 final is released for Win 7. Did not see that one coming. ;D
[EDIT:] That means Win 7 has gone thru four iterations of IE since introduction: IE 7- IE 11.
I didn’t install it on my Windows 8 systems. It’s designed for Windows 7.
The Windows 8.1 preview already has it and my windows 8 computers will
get it when the final release of Windows 8.1 comes out in August.
